Hodge Podge

We have a Hodge Podge group exercise class on Saturdays (9:30 – 10:30 AM) at the Clarksville location (except January 23, due to the floor being refinished).  Come out on “your day off” and work out with Stephanie Leichty!

Beginner’s Yoga also known as “Hatha Yoga”

Learn and explore Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation.  This six-week class has had a lot of interest and is filled at this time, but we may bring it back in the spring!  If enough interest is generated.  Classes are full at this time and are held in Room 126-A on Mondays and Wednesday (10:15 – 11:15 AM)
