Cycling Class/Room

Six “Exerpeutic LX7 Training Cycles” have been purchased by the YMCA to install in Room 110 of The Complex (Clarksville Location). We hope to being a cycling class mornings and evenings very soon!! Members would be able to utilize the stationary bikes in room 110 like the treadmills, ellipticals, and other cardio equipment in the weight training room. If the program is successful, we hope to install up to 16 training cycles!Inline image 30
